  I had Donny who came over and gave me a quote which was overwhelming. He had no tools because his truck broke down and not sure why he even gave me this quote without even knowing. He was to call me the next day and never did. I paid $69 for a drain he never did and would like my money back. I did receive a message from this company to call Donny but I was floored that the company did not take care of this. I should not have to call Donny. This company should take responsibility for its employees by

  We’ve had a lot of plumbing issues in the past, but Custom plumbing was a great experience overall compared to the others. The technician Steven was very knowledgeable, friendly, and didn’t hesitate to crawl underneath our trailer to find our problem. Unfortunately our pipes needed replaced, but the company worked with us on financing and Steven was able to come back and replace them all in a matter of two days! They were efficient and we definitely recommend them.
