His pricing is fair and reasonable and his work ethic is impeccable.   I reached out based on all of the positive reviews and they were definitely accurate. The setting up the appointment was efficient and Gideon was incredibly professional. The pricing was fair and he had my issue resolved same day. When I discussed some upcoming projects he offered great insight, and shared some helpful thoughts. I will definitely be using Custom Flow for any future needs. If you are looking for a great business that will make you feel appreciated as a client you have found a great option. The install is perfect and all of my issues are resolved.

  Gideon was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He immediately found the source of my problem, and quickly repaired my sink and toilet at an affordable cost.
