Ryan arrived same day as call and repaired our HVAC system that same day.  Professional, knowledgeable.  Excellent customer service.
We were dealing with another service for 5 days without AC during August heat who quoted us a price 10x what Custom Air solutions charged.  We finally decided to call Custom Air Solutions based on recommendation from friends.  So glad we did.

The service man was very friendly and knowledgeable.  I have a very old furnace which needed repair.  It was running very loud and sounded like a train.  He was able to adjust the pulley and replaced the belt and it no longer sounds like a train.

Had some ductwork reconfigured. Technicians were super friendly and happy to answer all my questions.  Fast, efficient, and professional. 10/10 would use again.

The most professional group of workers i have ever had in my home, they were on time and installed my new unit and thermostat in a timely fashion. They were very polite and did everything possible to keep the floors clean while they worked & made sure they thoroughly cleaned the areas in which they worked. The sales man as well as the workers explained how all of the new equipment worked and made sure we understood everything about the new system.  I highly recommend this company for your heating & air conditioning problems.

We had a young friendly gentleman out to fix a water leak in our AC and maintenance that and the furnace. It was as if he's been doing this for 50 years and he said he has for 10!
