My Culligan service was fantastic. Everything from getting quote, placing order, to delivery of product, to billing, the people I worked with were phenomenal. Whether you want fresh cold clear water or water softener tank delivered, just pick up the phone and tell them what you need. It will be at your doorstep shortly there after. They will even help you with refill schedule which can be changed at any time with a simple phone call or talk to one of the drivers they all work as a team. Definitely saves me a lot of time.

They like to ignore your calls and claim they never recieved messages even when you have proof of calling. They dont like to admit their people are humans and can make mistakes so instead they like to blame problems on everything else and wont do the right thing to make it right by you when you spent almost 10grand on a new system and THEIR mistake ends up costing you hundreds of dollars. So it has been over a month now and still neglecting to return a call....so glad your able to make yourself look good in writing on a review but yet no action!

I have good clean water delivered promptly every month. My coffee tastes so much better with Culligan water. My grandkids like the taste of this so much more than our tap water.
