  Great customer service!!!!!!!!! Ordered 6 bottles for delivery (10 miles outside of town) at 230 pm and it was delivered same day!!!! Delivered right to my front door and their water tastes great!!!!

  I have been a customer of Culligan in Kerrville, TX for over 20 years and have never had a single complaint. They are all very pleasant to work with and respond to any problems I may have quickly. I highly recommend them.

  Terrible customer service! Yelled at me over the phone I have a product from them that wasn't working correctly, after they charge me a $150 just to show up at my door plus parts, it still wasn't working. Now I call back and there in no rush to come out and work on it again, a service I was already charged for, so now I'm left without a functioning system for an unknown amount of time because they don't want to come back until it's convenient for them
