  Ct Plumbing was referred to me during the purchase of my home. Originally a broken sewer pipe was found under my sidewalk. They also gave me a bid to break through the sidewalk dig underneath and repair the sewer pipe, back fill the hole that was dug, and re pour new sidewalk. I proceeded with the repair. The hole that they refilled with dirt was not done properly as the sidewalk began to crack and break and fall into the hole. Called multiple times to get them out to have this properly filled and pour a new sidewalk as the current one is broken. No response, I reached out more and was told that the owner hurt his back but was back at it and would be by Friday. No one came Friday, no call, I reached back out and couldn't get ahold of them so I left a VM. No response. This is not what I paid $$$$ for. Ive tried reaching out to handle this in a professional way just to get what I paid for and for it to not look terrible. The sidewalk broken like it is and the bond break falling out will make this worse and worse and wont last any amount of time. Ive done everything that I can to get this issue remedied and to be made whole and I am being ducked and dodged completely.

  I didn't hire them. My neighbor did apparently. They were there at 7:30 this morning. They drove the bobcat in my yard, on my property, without ever asking me permission, tore up my yard, and made no attempt to fix or clean up what they did.

  CT did a great job. They were in and out within a day. They beat every other persons bids and are highly recommended to in Topeka! Any time I have issues with my plumbing I will be giving CT a call.
