This business is owned and operated by Charlie Trinca. He is a slum lord who acquires the properties of people In financial difficulties and rents those dwellings that are not to Standard Building codes to other unfortunate individuals for outrageous amounts much higher than fair market prices. I advise any one considering doing business with Charlie Trinca to avoid his properties in general and him in particular.
