  Dave came the next day after I called. He unclogged a most perplexing toilet clog - toy metal cars stuck 10 to 20 feet below the floor at the convergence of two pipes. He had all of the advanced equipment needed to precisely diagnose and ultimately unclog. He explained everything easily. In the end, it felt like he undercharged me for the 2 hours of work and extensive equipment used.

  Dave offered the best pricing among the quotes we got. He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and effective. He gave us the opportunity to save money by doing easy stuff ourselves, and didn't try to upsell us beyond what we had requested. He was also friendly to our barking, unsocialized dog. We were very impressed and he's our new favorite plumber!

  I needed a new water heater installed right away and Dave made it happen. He even checked if our old one had a possible recall. I had been without for 4 days waiting on the big box companies and the home warranty. They could not make it happen. I am pleased to have installed an American made Bradford White FVIR Defender Safety System® 40 gal. Tall 40 MBH Residential Natural Gas Water Heater.
