Excellent service. Highly professional, prompt. They cleaned up everything when they were done. Chris and Jacob installed a new central a/c unit outside and electric furnace inside. Crystal Heating and Cooling came highly recommended and we know why! Thank you so much for a job well done!

Will was knowledgeable, very professional, respectful, and pleasant to work and talk with. He explained what was happening in a way I could understand as a layperson, and he made sure I understood all of my financial options before making repairs. He was patient with my toddler who kept asking him questions, and he completed his work in a timely manner. I will be reaching out again in the future when I am in need of heating and cooling services.

I appreciate that Crystal Heating and Cooling could get me on the schedule within hours of giving them a call. Darren was courteous and professional while in my home. Thorough check of the concern I had called for and assured me everything was working as it should be. I'd recommend them and will call them again if needed!
