I had a sewer backup and a rental. Called Crystal Blue Sunday night and got a call back first thing Monday morning. They were out there by 1:30 that day and got it all taken care of. This was the second time I’ve used them for the same issue. The reason I continue to come back to them is their customer service. They are responsive and communicate with you through the whole procedure. Friendly and helpful as well. Qualities that are not typical for businesses anymore. I trust them and will continue to use them.

Nathan was the plumber that did our work. This was the first time using their service. He was courteous and professional, explaining everything along the way. I felt we could trust him in our home. It won’t be the last time we’ll use his expertise. Thanks Nathan!

This has been another great experience With Crystal Blue Plumbing Heating and Air! We had a dripping shower faucet that needed to be replaced and Brandon Collins was our technician and he did an awesome job. All the work was done timely and with excellence. I highly recommend Crystal Blue Plumbing Heating and Air!!!
