I am very pleased with the service I received yesterday. I know that plumbers are slammed with business with the many broken pipes. They they worked me in and solved my problem. I highly recommend them. They also helped our neighbor by checking out the repair job the preformed themselves. As for a customer I recommend that you are patient with their time, there are so many broken pipes and they can take a lot of time to fix, and sometimes waiting is the best option. I also suggest that you don't go for the full repair at this moment, you want to mitigate damage of a burst pipe, capping a broken pipe might be better than full repair until the temps return to a reasonable level.

We used Crutcher Plumbing to replace two very old water heaters and could not be more pleased! They were knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I'm thrilled to have hot water again! I can highly recommend.

David came out quickly. He assessed the problem within minutes and had it fixed quickly. He responded with intelligent advice. Update: two months ago I received a bid to re-pipe a large section of my home. The bid was for upwards of $2000. After the freeze I had a split pipe and texted David. At that time I let him know I had the money to go ahead and do the major plumbing job as well as repair the split pipes. He texted me back to let me know that in two months Covid has change the plumbing industry and it would increase my bill and the bid was no longer good that it would be much higher. I responded Covid has not changed that much in two months and could not have affected the bill that much however I understand the freeze would make it difficult getting supplies at this time. He said he would be out Monday at 3:30 I text him several times he did not respond and did not show up.

Hy Kimberly, I completely understand your frustration. It was never stated that the price would be much high but yes after not being their in several months we would have to give a new bid. Bids are only good for 30 days, supply houses are only honoring prices for 1 week not their normal 60 days as they did in the past. Prices have increased from not just covid but the freeze and the demand it put on supplies. We attempted to contact you several times during the freeze sorry we could not get to you quickly enough.The freeze inconvenienced a lot of people and we worked well into the night trying to get to everyone as quickly as possible. Our customers are the best and they all have been super patient and we appreciate that!!! We thank you for your business in the past and hope that you can find a company that better suits your needs.
