  Update: they finally got back to me and completed the job. Did a great job. I just wish they’d have gotten back to be sooner. Although the person who answers the phone is extremely nice, the person who came to take a look at my flooding issue and give me a quote just never got back to me. It has been two weeks. I was told I would have a quote at the beginning of last week and every time that I call to ask for a price on what he looked at, they take a message and I never get called back. Finally I just asked to be referred somewhere else since they don’t have the time to even give me a quote for what they came and looked at.

  Called on a Sunday night about a water issue, returned my call by 830 the next morning and where out here by 2pm. Wonderful, polite and efficient.

  CRT was awesome! I called them and set an appointment and they called the day before to see if they could come out. They were friendly and cleaned up before they left. They didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Will definitely call them again! Thanks guys!
