  Jason Turner took care of our HVAC needs after a compressor died. Trey came out to do some measurements after we signed the contract, he was great. Everything is to be installed in the next few days. I feel confidently everything will go well.

  The service was great from the beginning to the end. Mike Kain always kept me up to date on everything I needed to know and answered any questions that I needed answered. He always returned my phone calls. He made the buying process easy. The crew who installed my hvac system was prompt and friendly. Every time I called the office the receptionist was very nice. I recommend CHAC for all of your HVAC needs.

  I needed additional work at my residence and I was told that to call the office and someone would be out. So a year later and still calling they haven't called or sent a skilled worker. I don’t mind righting a wrong. Crowther Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc called and immediately gave us great service. Sometimes we don’t always understand how busy we can be as well as our frustrations and it’s easy to speak your truth and it’s awesome when we can correct our differences. Thank you Crowther , 2020 was a difficult year for everyone. May you and all your staff remain safe in the unpredictable times.
