  I called them and talked with them about my plumbing repairs. They did not show up or even had the decency to call and cancel the appointment. Left a message and still received a call. To many plumbing companies to waste your time with Crow plumbing, or their new name?

  when I made the appt I had made it with Pirkl Plumbing, that was on the side of the truck when he arrived. he walked around the house with my husband the look on his face told me he did not gave the slightest idea what was wrong with our plumbing. they went down to our basement, our house is older, we have a crawl space under our bathroom (was added on in the 50's). he went into the crawl space to look around, with a flashlight. he might have been here about an hour, his advice was to pour Liquid Plumber down our kitchen and shower drain until it broke loose. i looked at my husband, and thought 'what'? it took over a month to get bill from them, it read Crow Plumbing & Heating, I thought who is this? it was the same company. I called the number on the bill, I talked to the guy who came out. i asked him about the amount $124- I said you didnt do anything, he said,' I had to get into the crawl space. they charged us this amount for that-big mistake I wont make again- a company with 2 names?

  Crow Pl & htg. is perkl due to the sale of the business. I have had him in for the furnace. It has worked since then. I'm happy.
