  Great people to do business with. Very customer focused. Doug is very knowledgeable in heat and air and will recommend the best system to satisfy the customers needs. Doug and crew replaced my old Lennox heat and air units with American Standard equipment and we are extremely satisfied. Price was very reasonable and we have not had a single problem. I will continue to use Crouch heating and air and would not hesitate to highly recommend them to family and friends.

  I have used Crouch’s for over 20 years. Doug has always been fair, honest, and responsive. Today, a young man named Taylor showed up to repair my A/C. He knew exactly what was wrong and had me back up and running in 15-20 minutes! He was so polite and professional. He gives me the needed confidence in the next generation!

  I requested a quote the person came out noticed something wrong with my unit. It took literally less than 5 minutes to fix (no parts used) then he continued to look at everything and told me I would have to wait for the owner who had just had surgery to get an accurate quote. Ok fine, I have now waited almost 4 weeks still no quote but I received a bill with a $60.00 trip charge. WOW I will pay the bill and end my relationship with this business.. 2 stars is because the boy who came out was very nice.. if you want a quote for new equipment make sure to ask how much the quote will cost..!

  I apologize for not getting back to you. When Taylor came out to do your estimate, it was going to be a whole redo with ductwork and all. In our busiest time of the year, we would not have had time to do it right now, although we should’ve followed up and given you an estimate. He did notice that your condenser fan was running backward and since you were down, he reversed the rotation to get your air conditioner going for you. And then you told him that you wanted to run the ductwork yourself. We rarely get involved in jobs where people want to do the ductwork themselves because of code reasons. You also offered to pay him for the repair, that is why he sent you a trip charge. I will offer a refund for you. Regards
