  Used twice because they are preferred with our insurance, both times were unfavorable experiences. First time - They showed up a week after they called saying they were on their way. They left a huge mess in our bathroom. I had to scrub wax off the floor and bathtub. Second time- had a broken pipe they were going to cap off. Said they needed to buy the parts and would be back the next day. They never came back. They tried to close the claim and told the insurance they diagnosed the issue. They did absolutely nothing; we had to dig up our yard to find the leak before they would even "do anything." We ended just fixing it ourselves after waiting 2 weeks because we had a swamp yard. And now 2 months later they keep showing up unannounced to our house.

  I call them to fix a leak never got a call back talked to Jon if you need your a/c fixed your better off calling someone else bc they obviously don’t want the business I was in the heat for 2 months bc was waiting on them to contact me back I ended up call a guy name Brandon to come out and fixing did it the same day

  2 men showed up to fix my garbage disposable. Showed me where the black hard to find reset button was. That fixed it. Workers were there 2 minutes and didn’t have to get under the sink. I did that. Total work from Crouch Pluming zero. Total time 2 minutes. Bill total $103.35. Never call them. This is a price gouge rip-off.
