  They do great work and don't try to scam you ,but help you. When we moved here we got people that claimed to be Christian to put us another unit in our house and wanted almost three times more. He has always done a great job and even helped us with some things without charging us. He has always been honest with us. Yes I would recommend Cross Country ! They are great and friendly and a person you could do business with. Calling them was the best call we have made since moving here.

  Had all new Heat and Air installed. Very happy with the way everything looks and runs. They were professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone. I got many bids from other HVAC companies and all were pretty much in the same ballpark. The reason I went with Cross County was one of their other customers telling me about their own HVAC system going out and everyone except Cross County telling them it had to be replaced. They said Cross County not only fixed their system instead of trying to sell them a new one but the fix was quick and inexpensive.

  This company came to my house to retrieve a earring. I saw the earring on the camera snake. Soon as I saw it Joe Phillips his worker hit the floor stuck his 5 foot arm in the vent and said no didn’t find anything. I was later told they were crooks. So I called Harris HVAC who took the pipe down and the earring was gone. I have since been told horror stories about this company. They or I should say Joe stole my earring given to me by my husband who died with cancer. They have no morals. I have been told they disabled an elderly couples a/c unit. The elderly lady had cancer and they had no money too buy a new unit. Harris Hvac went out and the wiring was disabled. Mr. Harris rewired it and it worked fine. So I don’t need to go into why I know Joe stole my earring. If you use this company be prepared to BIG TIME!

  Glenna Kovac, I am sorry you lost your earring. I can assure you Joe did not steal it. You were standing there watching him the entire time, he was wearing a sleeve less shirt and was bare handed you or I would have seen it. When I snaked the camera in the vent there were multiple shiny objects on the camera which was the glare from the flex duct. This occurred on a Monday and we had scheduled a appointment Wednesday to remove the duct and check for the earring, when I called Wednesday morning for the appointment was the first time hearing the allegations of all this, therefore we did not return. I spoke with Randy Harris (owner of Harris HVAC) he said when he snaked his camera in he said " I saw 4-5 shiny objects but it was the reflection". He also stated you were not sure if it went in the vent. You had stated you heard it bounce 3-4 times, if it had fell in the vent it would had made 1 ding hitting the metal floor boot then hit the flex duct making no more sound. As far as disabling a unit you spoke of, I talked to Mr. Harris and he does not recall anything about that and did not know what you were talking about.
