  I contacted Crosby Plumbing because of a leak in my water line. They were quick to respond and it was obvious they care about their costumers. Despite freezing temperatures and snow flurries, they replaced my water line. The installation was done professionally and carefully. I particularly appreciated their desire to leave the site in as good a shape as possible. Everyone was thoughtful and considerate. I would recommend them without hesitation.

  My sump pump quit working properly at 7 pm on the rainiest day! What plumber works after hours? Crosby plumbing!!! Their emergency service saved me from having a flooded finished basement that would have cost $1000’s!!! The plumber was at my house in 15 minutes and fixed my pump in 30 minutes. Now that is worth noting!!! The plumber was super polite and professional too!!

  We were notified of approximate time and were called to let us know he was on his way. Polite and efficient young man did a nice job. We are pleased with the work performed.
