  We've had a heating and cooling maintenance contract with CroppMetcalfe for several years. They do the routine maintenance well, have suggested several upgrades which we performed and were very pleased with, and are out there quickly in the case of a problem. All of their technicians are polite and very competent, and calls are handled by human beings who are polite and effective. I highly recommend them.

  Came a couple of times to fix issues with the split system. Promt, exceptional, professional. courteous and knowledgeable service by the technician Mac and girls in the office Melissa and Shilo, as well as their answering service. And did I say reasonable prices? Keep it up!
