  My technician Milan arrived on time both days. He was very professional. He wore a face mask and shoe covers like I asked the whole time. One of my bathroom sinks was leaking. He checked it out and it turned out I needed a new valve and a new faucet. He was very communicative and showed me pictures of under the sink throughout the process. He fixed the valve the first day then I bought the faucet the next day and he installed it a couple days later. There is no more leak and my new faucet works perfectly. He left everything as clean as it was before. Overall, an A+ job.

  I have used CroppMetcalfe for a number of years. They are always clean, neat, on time, and careful to explain everything they do along with costs prior to doing the work. They are also honest when you ask how timely is a given service required. It isn't always immediately. I highly recommend them. Since we have been getting semi-annual service we haven't had any heating or air conditioning problems.

  The technician was polite, informative and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong with my system and proceeded to fix the issue. After he fixed the issue, he inspected the entire system. There wasn't any pressure of any kind to purchase anything else.The service call went so well, I decided to have CroppMetcalfe do my annual inspections going forward. I would highly recommend this company.
