  My water heater broke down on a Saturday (of course) I called and even with other emergency calls they squeezed me in. They arrived @4:00 PM prepared to install a new water heater. Turned out my pilot light went out. They could have just installed the new one and I would have never known about the pilot light. The heater is due to be replaced soon, but I’m so happy they didn’t install the new one and charge me weekend rates. In fact as I was ready to write a check for the service call, they waved it off. If not for Covid, I would have hugged them. I have always used Cropf Brothers and I highly recommend them only if you want professional, prompt, reliable, honest plumbers in your home.

  I highly recommend Cropf bros. The two gentlemen that performed the service were professional and courteous. They explained what was neededand what they were doing.

  I had a leak from my water heater and left a message late night for them to call me back. They called me promptly in the morning and had a technician out within two hours. Michael and Shaun were professional and courteous and they were honest and helpful with my options. They repaired my water heater as well as two leaky showers astonishing quick right on the spot and at reasonable cost. They will certainly be my preferred plumber from now on. Update: Had another issue with my disposal. Exactly the same excellent response and repair. Thank you Michael and Shaun!
