  I do not usually write reviews but I have to say that Ben and his team are the best. After many stressful experiences dealing with various plumbers over the past ten years because of the terrible plumbing situation of my house, I am so glad that I found Creative Plumbing Solutions, who was highly recommended by another contractor I trust. Their price is fair and their quality is superb. They are honest, hard-working, and proud of their work. It is easy to communicate with them as well. Whenever I had a plumbing issue, Ben sent someone asap. It is always a pleasure to work with his team. After many plumbing disasters at my house I have become overanxious about plumbing issues and always bothered them with many questions. They always patiently explain to me what caused the issue and how to fix it. They also give me many valuable suggestions. My toilet leaked this morning and Ben's team was here right after their scheduled busy work. They tested the toilet again and again to make sure the problem was solved. I owe Ben and his team this good review. Thank you for all the good work you and your team have done, Ben!

  Ben came out after one of my cast iron pipes failed and leaked water under my sink. I got lucky and he was able to come out the same day. He stopped by and had it fixed in an hour. He was great to talk to and gave me a reasonable price. He will be my first call any time I need plumbing work. Really appreciate him and his guys.
