  I had an issue with a valve in my basement. Another plumber did not get my issue fixed first go around and than cancelled on me at 8pm the night before he was supposed to return saying I got double booked. I called Craven and Dee explained their pricing. Within a couple of hours Ryan came out got my valve fixed. He quoted me a reasonable price upfront and got the job done. He was very professional. I had a great experience with Dee, Ryan and this company. Next time I have a plumbing issue I'm calling Craven first.

  I contacted Craven on one day 3pm on their website Contact Form and requested them to come out within 24 hours to clear a drain blockage. They called back at 10:30 am the next morning (19 hrs later, good response time) said someone could come out between 11-2 same day. The $45 fee (plus tax) was disclosed during the phone call and they said that it would be waived if the work was completed the same day. Ryan showed up at 12:30 and was done at 1:30. Turns out there was never a blockage to begin with, and the previous owner had paid $500 before to have the issue rectified (with a different plumbing company), but it was still happening. Ryan explained the way the washer and tub was set up and why the water was backing into the tub. He could have “snaked the drain” to “remove the blockage” and I would have had no idea, and he could have charged me hundreds of dollars (like the previous owner paid), but instead he was honest. Anyway, I happily paid the $45 fee and he didn’t charge for anything else. He recommended course of action if I wanted the issue fixed in the future, and gave recommendations for the smell too. Honesty is the best policy. I will be using Craven Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

  I just moved into the area from north Jersey. My plumber Ryan. Fantastic guy and a gentleman. He is a real quality guy. I will recommend Craven Plumbing to everyone in my condo building. And anyone I know. Thank you Craven and Ryan.
