  We needed a plumber to run all the lines for our new basement bathroom and wet bar. Craftsman Plumbing was one of about four bids we got for the project. Although they were not the cheapest bid, the cost was comparative to the others. We were impressed by the professionalism and expertise they offered. Throughout the whole process, they were honest and upfront about everything. They worked with us to explain options when problems arose with the original plan. Because we had to wait on certain supplies and materials, the whole project took several times of them coming out to our house. Each time we needed them to come out to our house, they were quick to get us on the schedule. Overall, they were easy to work with and offered good quality services.

  I called because of a hole in my bathroom drain pipe. My call was answered and she could not have been nicer. She scheduled an appointment for the next day. She called the next morning and told me he was on his way. When the repairman arrived he looked at the pipe, quoted me a price (very reasonable) and had the pipe fixed within an hour. He knew what to do and did it. I am very pleased with everyone at Craftsman Plumbing and will recommend them to anyone that is looking for plumbing work.

  Jacob did a great job on adding a gas connection for my new gas stove. He was very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend. Same day service.
