  Drew was in my home to give me an estimate for a new water heater. He was patient in answering all my questions about the different options and gave clear explanations of what would be entailed in the work. At the end he offered to answer any more questions I have about any of my other plumbing, and I found him to be quite knowledgeable. I paid for the estimate, but I felt that the money was well spent for the amount of information I collected, the materials used and the life expectancy of the different plumbing options. I am hoping that the estimate will be reasonable. My experience so far from the scheduling to the estimate has been wonderful.

  Easy and quick service! Dusty set up my appointment because I had a leaky bathroom pipe and Cameron came out the very next day. As a woman, I absolutely loved that they send you a photo of the service person ahead of time so that you know you’re opening the door to the correct person. This is a very thoughtful and considerate security feature. They charge $69 for the initial visit and then whatever actual repairs cost. Cameron was very friendly and you can tell he cares about doing a good job. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to contact Craftsman again for my plumbing needs.

  Cameron was excellent!! Not only did he expertly figure out the issue and efficiently resolve it, he answered all my many questions and explained what was going on, how he was going to fix it, and ways to mitigate issues in the future. He was friendly and calm and put me at ease immediately over a stressful plumbing situation. I appreciate that Craftsman was able to get me in that day and explained their safety and business protocols. The bid was fair and work excellent and timely completed. Highly recommend Craftsman and especially Cameron.
