  Unfortunately, my furnace stopped blowing hot air and it was still pretty cold outside, starting to get cold inside. I called Countryside to get service and described to them the issue and the fault lights I was seeing. The tech was able to walk me through how to repair it myself and saved me the service call and wait. That is the kind of business I like, he could have been able to money and known it was an easy fix but instead he focused on providing me a solution. I will be a repeat customer here!

  Over the Christmas holiday our septic system decided to cause some major problems. We called Countryside on December 27 and had to wait a week for a technician (Christmas holiday is not the time for plumbing issues). We had called Ron's Septic Services on the same day and were pumped that very day. With the first tank empty, we conserved water use because we were told the pump was bad but the tank was full by the time Countryside showed up. A Countryside technician showed up on January 3 and examined EVERYTHING. Other technicians were called in to assess our septic system and make sure the recommended repair was the right step. Countryside had to pump the first tank that day but returned the following day to replace the pump. In addition, an excavation team came in and replaced corroded pipe between two of the tanks. More pipe will have to be replaced but Countryside recommended waiting until spring to do the work. We are up and running and we have every confidence in Countryside and the work that was performed.

  We have used Countryside Plumbing and Heating for 20 years to repair and replace our furnace, and to switch over to an on demand hot water system that is tied into our furnace. They have also serviced our in-floor heat boiler in our garage. They are polite and professional and work to get the job done, even if they have to come back.
