  Justin come recommended by Taylor at Spokane Rooter, who said that "Justin taught him everything he knew back when he was learning the trade." Justin was communicative, timely, and very knowledgeable. He clearly likes helping people and is committed to mastery of his craft. He cleared out roots in our sewer line, advised us on how to determine if we could get the job done every to years instead of one in order to save money. Justin also has a broader background in plumbing and I had him advise on some outside water issues. he gave us good advice and for one of the issues recommended that we contact a sprinkler company to replace a part. In total, he spent just under 2h with us. Friendly. Professional. Very high value.

  Exceptional customer service! Justin was able to fit us in quickly, arrived early, and exceeded our expectations by a long shot. I wish we could give him more stars! We'll definitely use him for all our future needs. Great prices and wonderful results.
