  On a large and very lucrative installation, they spent more time placing blame than working out a solution to problems with the system they installed. Stay away. Too many excuses. Very unhappy end users.

  Several issues going on at the same time. I think if you ask Greg Murphy he can explain, if not, please give me a call. I don't believe I've ever spoken to you. Let's make sure you have all the information before posting a negative review. I think if you need to place a negative review it should be with Valent Air Management Systems and not Costa and Company, Inc. Also, it didn't help that you turned the units off during the most humid months to save money. Thank you, Jerome Costa
