  There is nothing to like about this place at all. The park manager is a joke and never responds. Took over a year to replaced a rotted door and frame (went through 2 full winters like that), there is no maintenance number to call, just an office number which someone is in office MAYBE once or twice a week if you're lucky, absolutely no 24 hour emergency service number when things like a burning smell coming from the hot water tank is going on and the breakers are marked incorrectly as well as hooked up incorrectly. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE, BEING HOMELESS WOULD BE A BETTER OPTION THAN LIVING HERE!
