  Needed supplies to fix my pond outflow...Ryan was great to deal with! Had to stay outside due to Covid, but he helped walk us thru everything either on the phone or outside. Very happy with the service.

  This has got to be the worst customer service, I’ve ever experience in my life. The people there obviously hate there job but to treat the customers like this I’d never spend another penny there if you payed me too , pathetic!!!!!!

  Staff was very rude and not willing to answer questions regarding products that they sell. Do not buy from them for any DIY type of projects
