I would highly recommend Copper Creek Plumbing. Our water heater wasn't working and Rod responded promptly and proceeded to inspect it to locate the problem. He was very thorough and explained a few options. Instead of simply suggesting we buy a new one, he offered other suggestions first. Rod went above and beyond with how much time he took to diagnose and find solutions. If you need a plumber, Copper Creek Plumbing is fantastic!

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with Copper Creek Plumbing. I typically don't take time to do this but this was such a good experience and important to share. This company is very worthy. I have had leaking cut-off values at the commodes in both my bathrooms. Being a handy-person myself I though I could just change out the internal portion in the tanks and that would stop the leaking. When I received my next water bill I knew I still had the issues and it was getting worse. I had heard of this company through a mutual friend and decided to give him a call. I have a good understanding of plumbing since I was married to a plumber at one time, but I am not a strong woman, so I needed someone to handle it in case something more was needed. I called Copper Creek Plumbing and we set a time that same week for him to come by! I thought he would come by to look at it and then set another time to fix the issue which is always difficult for most working people to take off work twice, but to my pleasant surprise, he had everything he needed on his truck and went to work immediately. He changed out the valves in no time at all. As he worked and we talked, I told him I had changed out the internal thank equipment on both units, but I was not satisfied with it. What I had installed (from a local big box hardware store) was okay but not near as durable as I wanted. Lucky for me, he had professional grade replacement parts for that too! So again, he saved me time and additional expense later on. Where do you find a company like that these days? Again, he replaced these parts in no time at all. Now, this is the important part and why I am leaving this message.... There is a HUGE difference between a handyman and a professional. Copper Creek Plumbing is a professional company. When i say that, I mean they know their craft and are a business you can depend on. They are NOT a big box company that has a ton of "basic add-on charges" before they ever start. They are very affordable and professional from beginning to end. One last thing. I enjoy woodworking and love talking to other craftspeople about it. If you are interested, ask him to see inside his truck. You will be amazed at the quality of workmanship there as well! Just another data point for those who want the best. Call them. You will be amazed. Sincerely, Sandy Glazier

I waited a week for an estimate only to be told that he didn’t have time for my job. I could have called someone else and not have waisted a week waiting for Cooper Creek.
