  We purchased a home with a brand new septic tank that was installed by Cooter's as a condition of the sale. When we moved in, we realized that there was an issue with the main line backing up into our garage. It finally backed up so badly it ruined boxes yet to be unpacked in the garage, as well as the newly remodeled living spaces in the basement. We assumed it was an issue with the plumbing, surely not the brand new septic tank, so we had our plumber come to look at it and he advised that the tank was installed incorrectly. Where the tank was was dug up and we had a hole full of septic waste right by our garage door for weeks while we waited for Cooter's to get back with us. The sweet lady at the desk did her best to get our issue taken care of, but the man who actually DOES the service is incredibly unresponsive. When he came to survey it, he didn't knock on the door or notify anyone that he was on our property. Would not return her calls/texts/messages. He was scheduled to come and repair the tank that they installed incorrectly almost a week later at 2pm, he showed up at 11am and still, no notice that he was at our home working or when he was done and we could use water again. Incredibly unprofessional. Do not use.

  Cooper's plumbing was wonderful. They came quickly and took care of my problem. They were friendly and extremely helpful, answering all my questions. Cooter's will be the first call I make for any plumbing needs in the future. Can't say enough good things about them!

  If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I used cooters for rough plumb on a new build home. They had to start over after telling me it was good to go. Even after they started over and concrete was poured I ended up having to call another plumber to come in and they actually had to break up my floor and fix the plumbing in multiple areas as pipes were off in location by as much as a few feet. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone especially first time home builders.
