  They were literally at my building within an hour on a Monday morning. Just amazing. They worked quick hard and got the work done. nice and professional. Iris was terrifc and I’m so thankful for all her help.

  Had a tech out at our building within a couple hours of calling (same day). Tech was respectful and professional, clearly explained the dilemma and what needed to be done (and how to prevent reoccurrences). Repair was completed Is it the cheapest place in town? No idea, but I was completely happy with the service.

  Called to request estimate, was transferred to HomeAdvisor, who DID NOT include Cooper & Sons in recommended businesses. Called same # again, he answered with "Do you need a plumber?" I requested Cooper & Son's Plumbing nicely (cause I didn't want HomeAdvisor again) but the person HUNG UP! I thought it was a mistake, but the number was unavailable on the next try. Wanted to give a local, family (and sons?) business some business, but It's this hard to even ask for service?!? My location is sooo close and have a big $ job, it's a shame. Where is this business-like or why miss this opportunity? Must be some kind of kid/immature operation. Guess I'm grateful they couldn't even answer the phone right, imagine this nonsense on a $1.5k+ job.
