  I have been a client of Cooper Mechanical for at least 5 years now and have always had positive experiences. They installed a heat pump at one property and performed routine maintenance. I also use them for any plumbing issues I have. I currently use them for yearly furnace cleaning and maintenance, and plumbing. I have had them do everything from set a toilet and plumb in a sink, to snaking a drain, and addressing sewage problems. The phone is always answered, Dan in scheduling always get me in same day if I have an emergency, or within 1-2 days for something more routine. Everything is done electronically, including notes from each job, and billing. I have had to call to obtain records for service done 5 years ago and it wasn’t an issue. The records were emailed to me the next day. I highly recommend Cooper Mechanical! Now if they would only also do electric… 😉

  Had AC system replaced 3 years ago. They replaced all the ducting in attic, the evaporator in attic and the external unit. Did a very thorough and professional job. The workmanship was excellent. Three years on everything works fine. Never got a chance to review previously, but I wanted to put in my two cents worth in regards to this being a good company.

  I am switching out my water softeners. All I needed from Copper's was to install two ball valves & two 1 inch male connections & two one inch flex pipes with female ends to connects the piping to the new softener. I drove to Cooper's TWICE, with diagrams & descriptions from the installation manual of the softener so they would bring the supplies to do this SIMPLE job. When the tech came he did not know what needed to be done & did not have the flex lines. To make a long story short, after some discussions, Copper did not have the parts I needed in the shop, after the tech called & we agreed to have the tech just install the ball valves & male connections. I would get the flex hoses myself & finish the installation The whole processes of the tech calling the shop, looking for parts in his truck & installing took about 2 hours.For a job that should have taken less than an hour if Copper's was professional & ordered the needed parts. Never using Copper's again! The response from the Owner is just another example of lack of professionalism. I did NOT ask Cooper to install or do anything with the water softener. I asked then to do plumbing on the pipes, including flex pipes. Period. If they did not carry flex pipes & couldn't be bothered to order them from their supplier they should have said so up front. Just shows ongoing lack of professionalism.

As we discussed prior to the service call, we don’t normally install or maintain water softeners and we don’t always stock the parts needed to implement the job. We’re very sorry that we let you down but hope you’ll give us another try in the future.
