  Cool It installed my new gas logs and converted my old wood burning fireplace into something I absolutely love! Having the remote and to be able to heat the house in case of an emergency power outage is amazing. I wanted to be mad at the team at Cool It because the logs were on back order (thanks covid) but I couldn’t cause they literally emailed me or called me every week to provide an update! I am thankful for their great service, flexibility, and service! Ariel, David, and the whole team were amazing! Thank you!!

  David, Tanner and Justin installed my new HVAC. They did a very good job including clean up. The response from Micah on quoting a new unit and completing the job as soon as they could was great. I am very happy on choosing this company for my replacement of my old unit.

  Rachel & Ariel have been so helpful with my heating issue. We were out of heat for 2 weeks for reasons NOT related to Cool It, but they worked extra hard to get my issue resolved. The moved us to the top of the list for repairs and always kept communication with me about our heat. We are very thankful for such wonderful customer service!!
