  Quentin from Cook Plumbing installed a new bathroom sink/vanity unit for us recently. He arrived on time, was pleasant and helpful, and made quick clean work of the task. On top of all that, the price was right, too. At the office, Jeremy has been very easy to work with to get everything setup & taken care of.

  We did experience an issue with this company however as soon as the owner was notified of it it was rectified immediately at no charge. I would recommend this company based on the ownership Scott took in regards to the issue we experienced and his ability to use this opportunity to coach his team.

  Cook provided quality plumbing services for a fraction of the cost compared to another popular provider in Des Moines that makes you pay for all their fancy technology. Dave come to our house on time and he was very nice! He did about 7 hours of work and wasn't able to test all of it because we didn't have a faucet at that time. After we installed the faucet, we found a leak in something he replaced so he came back out. He was there for almost 2 hours and didn't charge us anything for the fix. We were SO impressed and grateful! This is a quality company!
