  It's been three weeks and our master closet is not done. We are literally living out of boxes. An installer showed up, did half the work and has yet to return. UPDATE: It's been another three weeks, Arlyn and his production team are yet to care enough to provide any updates on the status of our closets. Be very aware. He is more than willing to follow up and be available by emails/texts and calls before you sign the proposal, after you do, he disappears and doesn't care. Very unprofessional and rude.
