  I had the dynamic duo show up, diagnose and fix my well pump. They pulled 100 foot of hose. They were professional and explained everything to me. I felt like they gave me a really good price and I didnt feel like I was taken advantage of. I highly recommend this company. They did the original install and I was so happy I went with them for a fix years later.

  Contoocook is an excellent well company . They have helped our family to better understand the home purchase we made and also to remedy the problems that existed . I can confidently recommend Mark for any well related issues and Jacob for any filtration issues . Both gentlemen took the time to educate me on my issues and didn’t look down on me for my lack of education in this field . They are patient and hard working and get the job done right. Thank you guys for the great job .

  As a handyman, I found the attention to detail in the installation missing. They buried the topsoil instead of setting the top layer aside leaving the brown subsoil on top which doesn't grow grass well. The finish grade to the well line is about 4 to 8 inches off, and now I need to grade it back to what it was to help with rain drainage. When I inquired about the grade they told me they only do "rough machine grade". It says right in the contract they're not responsible for damage to landscaping or driveway so why try at all? The water and power lines were installed to very different lengths so they wander separately across my crawlspace floor. They didn't have insulation for where the line came up to the crawlspace so they asked to use a foam sheet I had for a separate job. The manifold is all brass fittings but is resting on a single pvc pipe. For nearly $17,000 I was surprised by what looked like rushing. Seems like I signed a contract and they just did whatever they want from there. The well works though.
