Went in today to pick out shower head, handles, etc and was told no one could help me without an appointment and they were booked 6 days out. What?! Just to speak to someone?! Won't be going back. EVER. Went to George Morlan and they had what I needed and they were NOT rude.

Recommended by our plumber, who did not tell us an appointment was required. No greeting, unfriendly staff. We were told no one was available to help, and it was not suggested that we return at a better time. We were asked "Is it just ONE bathroom?" We did not feel like they wanted our business.

I truly appreciate your bringing these issues to our attention. I will definitely talk with our sales consultants about rephrasing the question “is it just one bathroom”. The purpose of that question was to find out the size of your project and to assess if your project was something we could have helped you with at the time a consultant became available. I understand how it made you feel like your project was too small for us. We are a very busy and active showroom. While an appointment is not required , it is recommended, so we can provide you with the level of quality service our customers expect.
