  They had the blade for my 21 year old air conditioner in stock. Broke down at 96 degrees and 89 in the house. Thank you Tim Pugh for taking the time to cross reference the old part number.

  I have done business with them in the past over several years. When questioning their DOUBLE price of an identical item online they became extremely defensive, nearly hostile, and actually said to buy it elsewhere. Today I called about purchasing some valves. I am a local business and prefer to patronize other local businesses. When they could not find my account information in their system I was told that they would not sell to me. I had to be a licensed plumber. I asked what paperwork they would like but was transferred to Rick. He said that they would not sell to me or my company. Fine. Great customer service and attitude....
