I much rather leave good reviews but unfortunately this one did not run that.. I had come in contact with this company after a bad experience with a worse company through my home warranty. They were able to come out and charge my AC unit and the technician went under to look at the air handler and found that the coil needed to be cleaned causing significant issues with the airflow. I was advised that I would be called to schedule an appointment that did not occur so I called to schedule an appointment an appointment was made they advised me they would call me the morning of to confirm a time. The morning of this appointment they called and canceled claiming they wouldn't be able to come out for the rain it ended up not raining. They said they'd call me back to reschedule a month later I still had not heard back so I called they said they needed to talk to the technician and they would call me back the very next morning the next morning came and it was a Friday I did not receive a call. Late Friday night my AC unit completely stopped working Saturday morning the thermostat was not even on. I found a company that was closer to me that was able to come out on Saturday and spent a few hours cleaning the coil replacing the transformer that had been drenched in water fixing the leak that this company didn't find and some other issues that in resulted in the unit not working properly. Recognizing that not all of this is a result of this companies negligence but they were just another company that came out put a bandaid on my unit and then left me hanging with zero follow through. As a disabled veteran I rely heavily on good service because I am physically incapable of climbing underneath in the crawl space. Had they kept my appointment or scheduled another appointment in a timely manner they would have found these issues before the unit completely stopped working and it would have saved me the emergency call fee. I paid a significant fee for them to come out and charge my unit which was a waste of time considering they didn't find the leak when they tested it and then didn't come out in a timely manner to identify the other concerns resulting in me having to have it recharged again only a month later as well as go the weekend without air conditioning. I thought I had found a good company the technician advised me to sign up for there by annual service and I fully intended to do so, however, this experience has changed my mind. I left a voicemail on Saturday when I was trying to find someone to come out and just received a phone call Monday afternoon and the response was We haven't forgotten you we just don't have a technician available so fortunately I'd found another company otherwise I would still be waiting to have a working unit. they certainly did not make me feel as though I was not forgotten considering the multiple times they told me somebody would call me back and then did not. if I'd known they were going to leave me hanging for so long I would have certainly searched for another company to come out sooner.
