  I have used their service for years. Infact,my Mother used them and was very satisfied. This is how I started using their service. They are Available for emergency service over weekends and any day. I only had one problem with one service man and I reported to them not to ever send him again. Needless to say ,he no longer works there. Their overall work is excellent and as for pricing , I used another company that I paid 2500.00 a year for furnace serving and that was a new furnace. They have a running rate with us for around 25 years.

  After buying a home, we needed the a/c unit serviced due to it not cooling the home like it should. Connor's did get us an appointment quickly, which was appreciated. However, the technicians that came out did not clean the unit properly. (see further down) At the end of the visit, I asked several questions - the size of our unit, a rough ballpark of the age of the unit, should it be big enough to adequately cool our home, if it isn't what improvements could we make, how much was my bill? The answer to all but one of these questions (the size of the unit) was answered with "I don't know". To know how much I would be charged, I had to call the office after the technicians left and get an estimate. Due to not feeling comfortable with the lack of answers I received, I chose to have another company come out for another service call. They came out 5 days after Connor's (the temperature in the home had not improved at all). The technician from that company explained - and showed - me how/why the unit had not been properly serviced. He did a thorough cleaning, examined my home and answered every question to my satisfaction. He put me in contact with his boss who does installations of new units. However, I am happy to report that after the second - and proper - cleaning, our unit is functioning fine. I gave Connor's 2 stars only because they got us an appointment quickly. Otherwise, we were very disappointed and will not be calling them in the future.

  These folks are a true and reputable part of the community. I called them when I troubleshot my mother in laws furnace. I knew the problem was in the agastat relay and it was a $250 part. They confirmed my suspicions but instead of charging us to replace the entire agastat, they troubleshot it down to the component level and re-soldered some bad connections. No one would have blamed them for replacing the entire component but they went the extra mile and save my mother in law $$$$. Thanks fella’s for being honest and technically savvy. Great job!!
