  I have previously used Connelly & Sons Plumbing and their work is both professional and excellent. That is why, after I recently noticed a leak from a pipe in the basement, I called their office and they promptly arrived at my residence. They immediately determined that the leak was coming from one of my heaters. I want to commend them for their honesty.They could have easily made up a list of items to be repaired, but, instead they told me to check to see if the leak was covered by my oil company contract. To my surprise, it was. If there is one thing I value next to a good job and fair price, it is honesty. I will always use Connelly & Sons Plumbing for any plumbing repairs needed in the future and give them a five star rating and my highest recommendation.

  I recently December 6 ,2018 used this company to install my water heater,I originally got an estimate for 650.00. the water heater had to picked up and he did that which would raise the price a little and I was okay with that. When he arrived with the heater he decided to take a look at what the job would be. He asked me what was the estimated cost of the installation and I told him 650.00 he told me that it would cost more, because he would have to replace the copper piping, but the never gave me a different price. when he came back the following day, started the job t it completed the job and gave me a bill for 900.00. later I discovered the threshold board underneath the basement door was damaged, I called he came in took the damaged wood too it with him and so far this has not been fixed. When I thought it could not get any worst, Today I went on to my back porch and saw where this guy left the unused and discarded materials from the installation of the water heater in a black bag for me to get rid of. You decide if this is what one would expect from a heating and plumbing company. I find it redeeming to know that I am not the only one who experienced a problem with this company

  Guy arrived when called to take a look at and give me an estimate on some heating copper pipes that needed to be fixed. Instead of giving me an estimate he proceeded to do the work, when I asked him what he was doing he said he started the work. Then I asked him how much it would be, he said he can't tell me until the job is done. Really? How professional. Then he charged me $280 for literally cutting out 15" of copper piping and putting in a new one, i forget how big but I say 1 or 2" diameter one. The work took him less than 30 minutes. I didn't say anything made the check out, but he must've noticed the shock on my face and said "Yeah we aren't the cheapest around, but we do good work". Well NEVER AGAIN will you be working in my house! I had another licensed certified professional come in for some work in the bathroom. I asked him to fix another copper pipe, right next to where they had fixed, took him about 20 minutes. $75 dollars for labor and material. WHAT a RIPP OFF!! Make sure you get an estimate from them BEFORE they start the work!!! What company does this???
