  We've had to do many plumbing projects in our homes for the past 10 years, and have used Condon plumbing every time. We are very fortunate to have come across Tim locally and couldn't be happier with his services and professionalism. On our most recent problem to resolve, we had some outdoor water connections to shut off for the winter. Tim replaced them with updated shutoff valves. While here, Tim discovered that we had a leak in our water heater, that he could fix quickly and at a lower cost than if we waited (ultimately fixing something preventatively is much better than waiting for it to break). At the end of the day - Tim has earned our trust over many projects over many years. Best suggestion for a homeowner out there, is to call Tim and have him review your system before you need him to come fix a problem. He'll keep your place updated and maintained, without breaking the bank!

  My wife and I noticed we didn’t have hot water Sunday night. I called Tim around 9am Monday morning. We were fortunate, he was able to get to our house about 30 min after our call. He got here and let me know the water heater was leaking and it needed to be replaced. He was able to get the old water heater out and new water heater installed within 4-5 hours of our initial call. With social distancing, he let me know if I had any questions we could do a FaceTime call and he would walk me through the new set up. We will definitely be using him in the future and will recommend him to anyone looking for a local plumber!

  Tim got back to me incredibly fast on a Friday at 4:30pm when I was in a panic about my leaky water heater! He was professional, friendly and reasonably priced! We will definitely refer him and use him again.
