  If you need a quality concrete professional for your house, I highly recommend you use Jon and his team at Concrete Repair Systems. I met Jon in 2016 when we purchased our house, and he willingly came out to assess our foundation prior to our closing. He gave us a real answer that our foundation didn't need any work or support. Four and a half years later when we experienced some broken pipes and alot of dirt excavation, I called Jon to come reassess our foundation and he did so timely and willingly, even the in midst of the craziness caused by the recent freeze. With the damage to our house, he advised that our house needed to be stabilized to prevent future shifting that could cause serious harm to the interior and exterior of the home. His price was fair, and he helped us with our insurance company's claim. The process was very smooth and his team installed the piers quickly. His staff was also extremely courteous and friendly on site, and the customer service was top notch. We had a great experience in working with Jon in both 2016 and 2021, and I believe you will too.

  Drainage systems are expensive and Jon's estimate was in line with two other estimates I got and he was going to do more than the others (both sides of the front of the house, one of them a pretty long french drain). They did it all in a couple days because of heavy rains and sticky mud, but unfortunately his crew cut a sprinkler line. However he was very responsive and actually sent out a sprinkler repair guy to fix the issue. So in spite of that hassle his customer service was good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for yard drainage.

  We used Concrete Repair Systems for work on our house in Krum. Of course, I researched companies before hiring one. When I found Jon, I read his company's reviews and was a little skeptical. I couldn't fine a single bad one! Who's that good?? Well, Jon is. He is a man of his word. The kind of person you don't find too many of anymore. His handshake is all the guarantee you need. The work he did for us was excellent. He went above and beyond for us. My husband and I highly recommend this company for all your concrete needs.
