  After waiting on a different company to come for 3-4 weeks I decided to call Complete. I described the situation my client had with a tank covered by a deck. Also 130 feet of hose would be needed to reach the tank. This was not going to be a quick pump and run. The tank may have never been pumped on this 50 year old house. I sent some pictures to show the property and how the deck was situated over the tank. At first ms Kelli was hesitant to agree to send a crew because this could not be done for the usual rate and there were too many unknown factors to consider. I assured her that I understood they would have to charge my client more than normal for a pump out. We were willing to pay and just needed this done. Well Kelli managed to get a crew out the next day. Mike was a gray headed gentleman who put me at ease right away. He was experienced courteous and willing to take the time and expend the effort needed to get this antique tank cleaned out. Probably took twice as much time as an average pump out does. And it was hot and dirty work. Thanks so much for taking care of this for us in such a professional manner. I will be calling again when I need additional work done and will recommend your company to others Kris👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  I am so thankful for this family owned business! I am a realtor and was concerned about a septic problem a past client Was having. I spoke to the owner and they LISTENED to my concerns. They came out the following week and found the problem and fixed it!!! What a relief to me and my client!!!   This is the 2nd time I have dealt with this company. And each time I was answered and dealt with on the spot. First time (2 yrs ago) was in the middle of the night after they had closed and they immediately came out. This time we had a leak. I called mon afternoon and they came Tues morning. Travis was curteous and went straight to the job.
