  I called this number to schedule an appointment with this company supposedly named Complete Plumbing, who told me that they could do free consult. on the day of the appt, another co called to tell me a plumber was in the area, is ok to send him? i called that number back and they were called "Sarker & Plumbing" i asked how they came to call me and gal said I called them a week or so ago. I told her that i did schedule a plumber, but they are not scheduled to come until 1-5. i asked, does our company charge a fee to come out? she said yes, $29.95. I said the company i have scheduled said there is no service fee initially. she said well, we have a window 1-5 also.. does that mean her guy is available then too, or is she telling me that i was on there schedule for 1-5, that maybe it's the same company i'm expecting. it was all to screwy, so i said no thank you and hung up. I called the number i originally asked for the appointment and a man with a heavy accept, whom i had to ask to repeat himself a couple of times, because i couldn't understand him. I asked him what the name of his company was and he told me "Caller Pro" I said you are not the same people I thought i called and he pretty much dismissed me and we ended the call. I called back the company that reached out to me in the am, offering me the earlier service call. spoke to a different gal this time. I described the situation and she said, well this happens a lot. People do a search and get us, but somehow think they are getting someone else. Well, I don't buy it and this is just bad business. The $29.95 would have been alright with me. I want nothing to do with this company now and I really need a plumber. Had the gal calling me in the am began her call with reminding me they had me on there schedule later from 1-5, then I would have been more accepting. Total crock

  The technician was very helpful when I called. Answered all my questions and was very polite.. Good pricing. He was very punctual and cleared our clog in no time. Very happy.Will be using them again. Highly recommend!
