  Sewer line is blocked.. possible broke. Waited a week for service. Equipment was inadequate and to short to reach the so called blockage causing all the problems. He spent 3 hours on the snake and digging holes in my yard to not come up with any solution. An hour of that was getting a replacement rubber piece to put back that he broke to access the pipes. Gave up and told me to find another plumber cause a wipe came back on his snake. The assumption is there’s a blockage of wipes. Which I do not use wipes! So since he could not locate the main sewer line in my front lawn he was done. Gave me a bill for $405.50…. Literally paid for absolutely nothing! Very unprofessional! Was sure to let me know how me putting wipes in my toilet was the reason the problem existed and it was my fault. Totally ridiculous cause I do not use WIPES!!! Do not use this plumber!

  Call Robert for all plumbing needs. He's good, he shows up and it gets done right. They re-piped our 100 year old house and installed a water heater. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg, only an arm! Just kidding. It's been two years and we've had no problems. I called him up today to ask him about a leak in our warehouse and he solved the problem right over the phone. He could have charged me a leg for that, but he's not that kind of guy.

  Very pleasant and professional. Came on a Saturday and was very reasonable. Would highly recommend, and would use again for any plumbing projects.
