  We had installed a brand new furnace and cooling unit. We are extremely satisfied and could not have hoped for a better service. Douglas is extremely knowledgeable. They were on time, left the place spotless, took time to explain things in details. They went above and beyond by making sure that everything was to our liking, most of all they did an amazing job.

  I’m so glad I found out about Complete Heating and Cooling! The office staff are friendly and worked with me to accommodate my schedule. This is the second time Douglas has repaired my HVAC system. He arrived on time, is professional and knowledgeable with both the AC and furnace. He explains the issue and what he is repairing. I 100% recommend this company.

  We woke up to find our water heater leaking. I called Complete Heating & Cooling and the tech came out right away to diagnose the problem. We decided that we would replace the unit and were very happy when the tech said it could be done the same day. We have Complete do our summer and winter maintenance on our HVAC system every year. They also moved our outside unit up off the ground and attached it to our house foundation. We couldn't be more satisfied with all of the work that they have performed for us.
