  We have used Competent Plumbing for a range of plumbing services from a routine faucet replacement to a complete master bathroom remodel. We found the pricing to be more than fair and the work was completed on time. In addition we found Chuck to be a person of integrity and very trustworthy. We now feel like he is “our” plumber. Highly recommend.

  Great Experience! Will use again / recommend! Had a minor ejector pump issue at home. Woman who answered the phone asked excellent questions before sending out a plumber for no reason. Chuck checked out the problem and went over the different options, offering 3 different options, and I did not feel the more expensive option was the only way to go. No pressure to spend the most money. With the age of my house, I am sure I will have more plumbing concerns coming up, and I will definitely reach out to them again

  Not competent!!! Responded to company's Craigslist ad for a plumber. Called first thing in morning to schedule a simple sink install. Gave the lady answering the phones all my information, name, address, and phone number and she put me on schedule for two days later. At the end of the day I get a text canceling appointment saying I'm not in their servicing area. I'm within 13 miles of their location! Didn't even have the courtesy to make a phone call. Very unprofessional.
